He let me make my decisions and gave good input when I asked. The paperwork was very easy without them trying to oversell all the extras most finance managers do. They had the car re-detailed when I arrived and had it all ready to go when I was finished with the paperwork. I appreciated the whole experience and I enjoyed shopping for a car here.
